Meet The Heinrichs 

Ben & Carole Heinrich have been serving the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel Valley and Big Sur since 1977. Clients have benefited from their teamwork approach to the business and their extensive experience in mortgage brokering, financial planning, skilled negotiations and exceptional marketing. Ben and Carole are extremely qualified to assist in your home buying or selling experience.  

With the trust and confidence from their clients, they have received the International Presidents Premier designation, which is an award that is presented to only the top 1% of Coldwell Banker sales associated internationally. 

Ben has been active in real estate since 1976, serving as the Carmel Board President in 1987, 1988, and since 1991 has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors. In 1998, Ben was President of the Monterey County Association of Realtors.  

He owned his own real estate company, Ben Heinrich Real Estate, for 20 years before it was purchased by Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in 2002. Over his many years in real estate, Ben has developed great knowledge and experience with all types real estate transactions and investments.  

Ben lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Carole. Outside of his busy professional life, Ben is an avid golfer, and enjoys growing roses, reading, flying, white-water rapids and fly fishing. 

Carole has been a leader in the Monterey Peninsula financial community for over 20 years. She has an excellent reputation for honesty, thoroughness and attention to detail.  

Prior to becoming a licensed California real estate agent & mortgage broker in 1990, Carole was a stockbroker where she earned her designation as a certified financial planner. Extensive knowledge of financial services is just one unique characteristic that makes Carole an asset to any client.  

With her husband Ben, she owned and worked for Ben Heinrich Real Estate, before joining Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty in 2002.  

Carole lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Ben. She loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker. She also enjoys walking Summer, the family's Golden Retriever, and Biscuit, the family's Pug. 

Grant returned to his hometown of Carmel, CA in 2007 after residing in Washington, DC for 8 years. Grant leaves behind a successful career selling technology to the federal government for the opportunity to partner with the highly successful Heinrich Team.  

Grant joins the Heinrich Team as their most technically savvy member. He brings a wealth of business experience to the team, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith school of business.  

Grant and his wife, Kelly, are raising their 2 children on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. He enjoys golfing and race cars.

Ben and Carole Heinrich, of Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty, recently attended the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation Elite Retreat, a three-day conference held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC. The Heinrich’s were guest speakers at the retreat that included the top producers among Coldwell Banker’s 90,000 sales associates. 

Highlighting this year’s Elite Retreat program in Washington, DC was keynote speaker, former first lady Barbara Bush. The conference offered the exclusive attendees a chance to network, attend continuing education courses, and learn more about existing and new programs, marketing systems, and tools available to them through the Coldwell Banker service and technology exhibit.
